When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), service address, and any notes you include, along with whether you opted in to service and/or marketing text messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your phone number with operational service providers — such as our text-messaging platform — solely as necessary to deliver the messages you've opted into.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your booking request, schedule and perform service, and, only where you've opted in, to send you service or marketing text messages as described in our SMS Terms.

Your choices
